SO WE MADE IT.
Rareform began behind the scenes of a cottage cookie business in Huntsville, Alabama, with a search for an ingredient that could make familiar treats feel completely new. Nothing on the shelf had the flavor, flexibility, or creative potential we wanted.
So we formed our own.
